Ryan Parish

Ryan Parish, a seasoned corporate finance executive with 25 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, excels in creating and communicating value for both public and private companies. His expertise spans operational and strategic finance as well as M&A, capital markets, due diligence, valuation, structuring, documentation, and investor relations. Recognized for his problem-solving and deal-making creativity, Ryan has advised on nearly $10 billion in M&A transactions and completed over $20 billion in leveraged finance, debt offerings, and equity offerings. As a principal investor, he has spearheaded numerous private equity transactions.

Ryan is a Co-Founder and the Managing Partner of Triskelion Equity Partners, and the President and Chairman of the Board of Nickson Industries Acquisition Company, Inc. Previously, he held strategic finance and capital markets consulting roles for private companies and senior positions in consumer products and retail groups at RBC Capital Markets, Sawaya Partners, 6Pacific Partners, and Credit Suisse. His focus areas included food and beverage, household products, personal care, health and wellness, lifestyle/enthusiast brands, and outdoor recreation/sporting goods, as well as restaurants and retailers. Notable clients Ryan has worked with include Mattel, Newell Brands, Central Garden & Pet, Performance Sports Group, Sally Beauty, Atrium Innovations, Schiff, Bojangles, Implus, and Orange Glo International.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting (Cum Laude) from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. He has also served as a Trustee and Finance Committee Member on the Corlears School Board of Trustees in New York City. An avid skier, F1 fan, culinary artist, and baseball enthusiast, Ryan resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, two children, and their rescue dog Calvin.
